Jess Gordon SEPiT, MSc, BSc

Jess is currently a trainee sport and exercise psychologist with a background as a former junior international athlete. Drawing on her own experience of high-performance sport, she brings a practical and empathetic approach to supporting athletes, coaches, and teams.

Alongside her training, Jess is an Associate Lecturer in Sports and Exercise Psychology at Health Sciences University, Bournemouth. In addition Jess is also the Performance Psychology Lead for King Edward’s VI School, Southampton.

She delivers evidence-based psychological support across a range of sports and age groups, tailoring support to the specific needs of each client. Her work focuses on helping athletes develop psychologically to enhance performance, manage pressure, and support overall wellbeing.
